Eleven people are dead and many others injured after a suspect drove an SUV into the Lapu Lapu Day block party in Vancouver last night, police said.The department said the youngest victim was five years old.A 30-year-old suspect is in police custody, but Rai said no charges have yet been laid.The man has an “extensive history” of interactions with police and mental health professionals, he added.Vancouver’s mayor said he’ll be launching “a full review” of the city’s event safety measures, including barriers and traffic control.
